Cincinnati Corporate Photographer

DIY

Digital photography is a double edged sword.  On one hand, the quality of imagery has dramatically leaped forward due to photographers being able to immediately see if they got the shot.  But on the other hand, DSLR’s are now so affordable which means that everyone has one.  So now, rather than choosing to hire a professional, companies are choosing to have Nancy in payroll take the photos that are to represent their professionalism.  Or worse, choosing stock photos of random people and products to represent their brand. Why not have professional images of your people, your clients, and of your brand?

For those in the creative fields, doesn’t it just make your stomach turn when your clients hand you generic stock photos that are to somehow represent their brand?  Or worse yet, shots they took themselves that are too small, blurry, flat,  consist of beautifully harsh shadows, and just sort of…blah?

As these images exaggeratedly suggest, photography is a service better left to the professionals.

Thanks Alyssa! I appreciate the kind words. This has been about a two month process for me. This is something I have never done before but was a lot of fun to create.

Along with this page, companies and agencies around Cincinnati have received these photos in Postcard format along with the URL to this page. Yesterday they received the “Surgery” and today they will receive “Dental”.
